Booking Terms — Draft Framework

A non-operative framework showing the subjects a verified accommodation booking contract should cover.

Operator identity and contract formation

The final terms should identify the actual operator and explain when a booking becomes binding, including any confirmation process.

Price and payment

State the total price components, deposit, balance schedule, accepted methods and any security or damage arrangements that actually apply.

Occupancy and use

Set the verified maximum occupancy, visitor policy, pets if applicable, smoking rules, events, supplier access and neighbourhood conduct.

Check-in and check-out

Publish the actual arrival and departure arrangements only after they are confirmed operationally.

Changes and cancellations

Align the contract with the real cancellation policy, any rebooking rights and the treatment of operator cancellations.

Do not publish this draft as fact

Before taking bookings, the operator should replace this framework with reviewed terms reflecting the real business, property and law.

Last reviewed

11 August 2026. This page should be reviewed whenever the site’s actual operator, data flows, booking process or commercial integrations change.
