What qualifies for correction

Factual errors, misleading wording, broken links and outdated information that could materially affect a reader’s decision should be reviewed.

How to submit a correction

The production site should publish a verified editorial contact method. Reports should identify the page, disputed statement and supporting source where possible.

How corrections are handled

Minor wording can be corrected directly. Material changes should be recorded with a visible correction or update note where that context helps readers.

Opinion and judgement

Not every disagreement is a factual error. Editorial judgements may remain while genuine factual inaccuracies are corrected.
