Because the bundled form only copies text locally, there is no server-side enquiry database in this package.

Publish the actual controller name and a verified privacy contact method. Document processors, retention and request-handling procedures.

Request handling

A production workflow should authenticate requests appropriately, locate relevant records, apply lawful exemptions where necessary and respond within applicable time limits.

Do not use placeholder contact details

A privacy notice is only useful when it directs people to a real responsible party. Insert verified details before live processing begins.
